At Slite we are looking for an experienced and talented Designer with a strong affinity for code. As we’re scaling our go to market effort to be the leaders in remote work, we expect you to bring Slite web experience to its next stages. You’ll have the remarkable opportunity to impact how hundreds of thousands of visitors and users perceive our brand and product.

What’s my mission?

Our goal is to set Slite as a reference and authority in the early remote world. Help us to invent the codes for this new market.
Your role will be to:
  • Own the entire front-facing web experience from A to Z.
  • Design and develop innovative and delightful web pages, interactions and flows.
  • Help the marketing team effort and communication to reach our audience.
  • Conduct user research and test your designs to constantly stay connected to our Ideal Customer Profile needs and standards.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing and design team members to foster innovation, ensure feasibility and convey our values with fidelity.
  • Collaborate with your fellow designers to participate in Slite design language continual refinements.
  • Present, share and sell your thinking and rational async or in internal meetings and presentations.
  • Encourage others to share their thinking.
  • Achieve projects that require cross-discipline collaboration : marketing and design mainly.
  • Bring excellence to our design craft and brand.

Naturally, you’ll be able to make key strategic decisions with us, besides your everyday work.

Who will I be working with?

You will be working with Danny (Head of Design), Clara (Marketing Designer), Cyn (Senior Product Designer), Ani (Senior Product Designer)Jon (Senior Product Marketer), Romain (Senior Growth Marketer).

What do I need?

✅ At least 5 years relevant work experience.
Proven extraordinary visual design skills.
A portfolio showcasing rich, interactive web UI programmed in JavaScript and with thoughtful design considerations.
You sweat the smallest details, understand what it takes to develop great creative work and have a passion for inspiring team members.
✅ Proficiency in using Figma.
✅ You are a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, developing and presenting design ideas in a larger cross-functional team context: Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
✅ You are or have worked in remote in the past, it animates you and you actively want to have an impact in this field and its perception.
✅ You are proactive and drive your own projects and make them move forward with active communication and commitment to respect deadlines.
✅ You’re a creativity and ideation team player.
✅ Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with prototyping tools like Framer, Principle or Origami Studio
  • Experience with the React JS framework
  • Experience with Webflow.
