What you’ll do:
As a Senior UX Designer (f/m/d) for Strategic Development Projects, you will be part of a technology-focused team that was built to help shape future generations of SAP software. In this role, you will implement strategic development projects initiated by SAP’s Chairman and SAP’s CTO with high standards. You will help us kick-start and support the development of strategic lighthouse customer projects. Being a competent member of this project team, you will be responsible for exploring different design solutions, conducting User Research, and creating Storyboards, User Flows, and Mockups in order to visualize and share your ideas with the project team and stakeholders.
Please note that in this role you will be working as a maternity cover on a limited contract until Q1/2023.
What you bring:
- University degree, preferably in interface design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or any related fields.
- Deep understanding of user-centric design processes and methodology.
- Talent to build empathy with end-users in close collaboration with UX Researchers and the ability to translate insights and business requirements into beautiful product experiences.
- Experience with preparing and leading Design Thinking Workshops and Design Sprints.
- Very good knowledge in collaboratively driving the creation of typical UX Design artifacts, such as Personas, User Journeys, Experience Maps, Wireframes, etc.
- A clear understanding of the needed fidelity of design artifacts within the given project context to effectively drive towards a brilliant UX/UI design.
- Proven experience in creating low and high-fidelity prototypes with design tools, such as Figma, Framer, etc.
- Basic visual design skills and a good sense of esthetics.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX Design work.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management is a plus
We are looking for a reliable, open-minded, and collaborative personality with strong team working skills, who is determined to reach goals in time, can work independently, and prioritize. Besides a fluent command of English and preferably German the role requires strong communication skills that allow framing problems clearly and articulating ideas and design decisions in a comprehensible way within an interdisciplinary project team.
We are looking for an outstanding individual with at least 3 years of professional work experience.
